Let's Join Us!
If you wish to join the International Shōrei-kai, please follow the steps below to complete your application.
We warmly welcome everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Find a Dojo Near You
First, find an affiliated dojo conveniently located for you. Each dojo has different practice times and atmospheres.
Find a DojoRequest a Tour or Trial Session
If you find a dojo that interests you, please contact the dojo directly or apply for a tour or trial session through their website or other means.
* We kindly request advance notice for tours or trial sessions.
Visit the dojo and express your desire to join.
After observing and experiencing practice sessions, if you decide to join, please inform the dojo's responsible person (the head instructor or sensei) of your intention to enroll.
Filling Out the Membership Application Form
To complete your membership registration, please download and print the “Membership Application Form” below, fill in the required information, and submit it to the dojo.
You may also pick up a form at the dojo.

Membership Approval and Completion of Procedures
After confirming your application details and completing the required procedures, your membership will be officially finalized.
As a member of the International Shōrei-kai, let us learn the essence of Okinawan karate together and cultivate both mind and body.
