Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

Okinawa Goju-ryu Karate-do International Shorei-kai (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"), in accordance with the true spirit of Budo (martial arts), hereby establishes the following basic policy against anti-social forces that threaten social order and safety. The Association is committed to maintaining sound organizational management by ensuring that all members and stakeholders strictly comply with these principles.

1. Organizational Response
The Association positions the complete severance of relations with anti-social forces as a critical organizational priority. We will respond to any such threats as a unified organization rather than leaving it to individuals, ensuring the safety of our members and staff at all times.

2. Cooperation with External Specialized Agencies
We will maintain close, ongoing cooperation with external professional bodies, including the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and legal counsel. We will ensure a system for information sharing and prompt consultation to handle any incidents effectively.

3. Severance of All Relationships, Including Transactions
The Association will have no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces, regardless of the pretext, including karate instruction, membership, procurement of equipment, or event sponsorship.

・Verification: We require all new members and business partners to provide assurance that they are not associated with anti-social forces.

・Termination of Relations: Should any party be identified as an anti-social force after a relationship has been established, the Association will terminate all ties immediately.

4. Legal Response in Emergencies (Civil and Criminal)
In the event of unjust demands from anti-social forces, we will reject any form of compromise and take firm legal action through both civil and criminal proceedings.

5. Prohibition of Secret Transactions and Funding
Under no circumstances will the association engage in back-door deals to cover up scandals or provide favors to anti-social forces. Furthermore, we will never provide funding or any financial support to such groups for any reason.
