President

Based on the provisions of the Association's bylaws, the President shall represent the Association and oversee its affairs.
Vice-President

Assists the President and, in the President's absence or incapacity, acts as his or her proxy.
Board of Directors

Board of Directors is composed entirely of directors and deliberates on all matters concerning the association, making decisions accordingly.

Directors must possess specialized knowledge and skills in karate, as well as high-level expertise, and hold at least a third-degree black belt recognized by this association.
Auditor

The auditor shall conduct an independent audit of the activities and accounts of this association.
Secretariat

The Secretariat handles administrative affairs concerning this association based on decisions made by the Board of Directors and under the direction of the President and Chairman.
Dojos

Each dojo operates independently as a general rule. However, for projects undertaken by the association as a whole (such as tournaments), activities are conducted as a unified association through the board of directors and other consultative forums.
