We sincerely thank you for your continued support.
The Okinawa Karate-do Goju-ryu International Shoryukai (Headquarters: Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture; President: NIKAIDO Shizuo) is pleased to announce that our officially recognized dojo, the Canada Shuswap Dojo, has been awarded the Silver Prize in the Martial Arts category at the 4th “Best of the Shuswap” event held locally.
We at the Association consider it a great honor that the Canadian Shuswap Dojo has received such a prestigious award. We view this as the result of the tireless, daily efforts of the instructors, coaches, and students affiliated with the dojo, and as a high recognition of their contributions to enhancing the international recognition of Okinawa traditional karate and to the local community.
Taking this award as an opportunity, our association will continue to strengthen multifaceted initiatives both domestically and internationally to accurately promote Okinawan traditional karate and further its advancement and development.
